How to use the Classroom Board
- Add tools. Click any tool in the dock — a timer, noise meter, traffic light, name picker, dice and more — or start from a template such as Quiet work or Group work.
- Arrange them. Drag a widget by its title bar and resize it from the bottom-right corner. Click a widget to bring it to the front.
- Set each one up. The button on a widget opens its settings, the same ones the tool has on its own page.
- Present. Press F. The board fills the screen and the toolbars hide until you move the mouse. Space starts the widget you last clicked.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my boards saved?
In this browser, on this computer. Nothing is uploaded. Each board remembers its widgets, their positions and settings, and its background.
Will a board fit my projector if I made it on my laptop?
Yes. Widget positions and sizes are stored as a share of the screen, not in pixels, so the same layout scales to any screen size.
Can I use the board with no internet?
Once you have opened the board and its tools while online, they keep working if the connection drops.
How many widgets can I add?
As many as fit. 3D widgets (dice, coin, sand timer, globe…) use the graphics card, so the board allows up to six of those at once.
