How to use the Lesson Agenda Timer
- Write your plan. In Settings, give each part of the lesson a title and a number of minutes. Add, remove and reorder blocks with the buttons.
- Start the lesson. Press Space or Start. The current block lights up with its minutes left, and every block shows the clock time it begins.
- Move through it. Blocks move on by themselves with a chime. Press N to skip ahead, B to go back, or + when the class needs one more minute.
- Show it all lesson. Press F to present it, or put it on the Classroom Board next to a clock.
Classroom ideas
- Visual schedule: pupils who worry about what comes next can see the whole lesson, with ticks on the parts already done.
- Learning stations: make one block per rotation (“Station 1”, “Station 2” …) and let the chime tell groups when to move.
- Pacing check: watch the clock times slide as you add minutes — a quick, honest sign of whether the plenary will fit.
- Morning routine: “Read the board 5”, “Spelling 10”, “Assembly 20” on the Board beside the Classroom Clock.
- Exam practice: split a paper into timed sections so pupils learn to pace themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when a block’s time is up?
A chime plays and the next block starts on its own. Turn off “Move on automatically” if you would rather the agenda wait for you: it then counts the extra time in red until you press Next.
Can I change the plan in the middle of a lesson?
Yes. Edit titles and minutes, add or remove blocks at any time — the current block keeps running. Press + to give it one more minute without touching the plan.
Will the agenda keep time if I reload the page or close the laptop?
Yes. It remembers when each block started rather than counting, so it carries on in the right place, moving on through any blocks that ended meanwhile.
Where do the clock times come from?
From the time each block actually started, and for the blocks still to come, from the current time plus what is left. They update as you pause, skip or add minutes.
Is my plan saved?
Yes, in this browser. On the Board each agenda widget keeps its own plan.
